Our Bibb, also known as butter lettuce, has a tender buttery texture and a sweet flavor perfect for salad, sandwiches and wraps.

Our Spring Mix includes several varieties & textures of red & green lettuces, including oak leaf, sweet crisp, lolla rossa, etc. The varieties we use will vary slightly seasonally.
