We provide our customers a year-round, local supply of premium quality, pesticide-free produce grown under the highest standards of food safety and environmental sustainability.
Lettuce
We grow a variety of lettuces and herbs. Our Bibb, also known as butter lettuce, has a tender buttery texture and a sweet flavor perfect for salad, sandwiches and wraps.
Our spring mix includes a variety of textures and colors such as Red and Green Oak Leaf, Lollo, and Sweet Crisp.
All of our lettuces are nutrient–rich and sold with roots for an incredible shelf life. Once you try it, you'll be hooked.
Wholesale Options
RETAILERS
We offer 2 varieties of Hydro Living Lettuce, Bibb and Spring Mix, in retail clamshell packaging in a 12 count case. It is packed fresh with roots attached for extended shelf life. All products are Non-GMO and pesticide-free. Please contact us or one of our distributors for pricing and availability.
CHEFS
We currently offer 2 products, Bibb and Spring Mix, packed in bulk for restaurant/food service users.
Our Bibb lettuce has a wonderful buttery texture with large outside leaves perfect for burgers and sandwiches plus a crisp heart.
Our Spring Mix includes several varieties & textures of red & green lettuces, including oak leaf, sweet crisp, lolla rossa, etc. The varieties we use will vary slightly seasonally.
Both products are packed by volume (approximately 8 lbs) in a double layer case with roots attached for extended shelf life. Our products are very clean and user friendly for easy preparation. We don’t use any pesticides or harmful chemicals on our lettuce. Packing our product as whole head, living lettuce provides a fresher and entirely usable product…free from the inevitable waste of bad leaves in a cut product.
